My name is Sharon Ridley and I run small friendly classes to ensure that you get the real benefits of Pilates.
The great thing about Pilates is that it caters for everyone: all ages, all sizes, all abilities. Men and women practice Pilates for all sorts of reasons - from aiding injury rehabilitation to helping to prevent injury in the future, from strengthening your whole body to improving your posture, from improving back and neck pain to helping you relax and de-stress.
Anyone can take part in Pilates - from teenagers to the elderly, fit or not-so-fit, pregnant and post-natal. It's good for all.
I hold several day and evening classes each week for both Beginners and Improvers/Intermediate, so whatever your ability there's a class that will suit you.
